British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran recently won a lawsuit in New York.
Chord
The jury said he did not steal a series of four chords from a popular Marvin Gaye song when Sheeran wrote his song, Thinking Out Loud, in 2014. Sheeran said these four chords… are a tool commonly used to create songs.
A chord is a group of three or more musical notes that are played or sung at the same time. The musical notes in a chord sound pleasing when played together.
