New computer software uses eyeglasses to assist people who have problems hearing.
Epiphany
The XRAI Glass software connects a smartphone to the user’s glasses where the words of their discussion appear. The software’s co-founder said he had an epiphany after seeing his grandfather, who has a loss of hearing, reading captions on a television screen.
In this example, an epiphany is a sudden understanding or discover. Some call it an “Aha!” moment. Epiphany can also refer to the appearance of a godly being.
