A very pleasant day, everyone! My name is Athena and I’m your average Filipina city girl. Here in the Philippines, we have a cluster of cities forming what we call “Metro Manila”. For people who live in a fast-paced environment, there are troubles in the cities that they face everyday. Can you guess what it is?
That’s right! It’s the heavy traffic.
Metro Manila is the country’s political, economic, and educationl center. Different types of people populate the place. There are students, office workers, and government officials. Everyday, people go to their schools and office. And because of that, Metro Manila is filled with many vehicles for transportation. There are jeepneys, UV express, tricycles, and motorcycles. This results into the heavy traffic in the city.
Now, the traffic in Metro Manila is a common trouble that the people just got used to in their daily lives.
