A farmer in the Gaza Strip has discovered a beautiful ancient artwork buried on his property.
Mosaic
The man and his son slowly dug around the piece. It was a mosaic floor. Experts say it is more than 1,500 years old and one of the greatest treasures uncovered in Gaza.
A mosaic is a design made with small colored pieces of hard material, such as stone or glass, onto a surface.
But people often call any kind of mix of things a mosaic.
