Tribunal
The president suggested the creation of a “special tribunal” on crimes of aggression against Ukraine. He said the tribunal should hold Russian leaders responsible for the invasion.
In this example, a tribunal is a special court chosen by a government to examine a problem. A tribunal can also be a person or organization with the power to judge claims or arguments.
